Gift Cards Purchased Directly from Bass Pro Shops or Cabela's:
- Double-check to make sure the card number and PIN have been entered correctly.
- Check your gift card balance to make sure it still has funds remaining.
- If unable to resolve the issue, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
Gift Card Purchased From a 3rd Party Retailer:
Rarely gift cards purchased through a merchant (i.e. Walgreens, Safeway, etc.) may not have been activated correctly. If you are experiencing this problem, please return it to the merchant that sold the gift card to get a refund.
