Gift Cards Purchased Directly from Bass Pro Shops or Cabela's:

  1. Double-check to make sure the card number and PIN have been entered correctly.
  2. Check your gift card balance to make sure it still has funds remaining.
  3. If unable to resolve the issue, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Gift Card Purchased From a 3rd Party Retailer:

Rarely gift cards purchased through a merchant (i.e. Walgreens, Safeway, etc.) may not have been activated correctly. If you are experiencing this problem, please return it to the merchant that sold the gift card to get a refund.
