Please be sure all the following criteria is listed in your order form:
- Catalog page number, item number, size, color, price of the merchandise, etc.
- Full name, address, and phone number.
- Form of payment being made on order.
- Place all checks and money order payments inside the envelope with the order form.
- Do not physically place any gift cards or credit cards in the envelope.
- If you are using a credit card, write down the card number and expiration date on the order form.
- For gift cards please provide the Number and we will contact you for the Pin/Security Code (Please hold on to all gift cards until the merchandise is received).
Used in all our retail locations, the retail kiosk can be used just like the way you place an internet order. Our retail associates are readily available in assisting with any problems you may encounter when placing a Kiosk Order.
