How Do I Request a Return Label?

If you are wanting to return merchandise purchased through our online store or catalog within the last 60 days a return label can be issued for you. Click HERE to get started and print a prepaid return label. 

Enter your order number and the email address associated with the order into the designated boxes and click Next to proceed with the return. Follow the prompts. We offer the option to print the return label yourself or use a QR code that you can take to a FedEx or Walgreens location to have them print the label for you.

Please Note: Not all items will be eligible for having a return label issued. Return labels are not able to be issued for returns shipped from US Territories or internationally.  Return labels can not be issued for retail purchases. If you receive a notification that a return label can not be issued, please contact our Customer Service directly for further assistance on your return.
